1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using "Brain Behavior Tree" (the Application), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Application.

2. Description of Service

The Application provides visual tools to map behavior patterns and decision-making processes, with local browser storage and optional Google Drive synchronization.

3. Data We Collect and Store

If you log in with Google, we store necessary account information, activity logs (recorded with an anonymous ID — not your Google ID), and temporary security data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Your actual behavior tree data is stored only in your browser or your own Google Drive — it is never uploaded to our servers.

4. User Responsibilities & Disclaimers

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.

• This Application is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological counseling. Users are entirely responsible for their own decisions.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for data loss, including from Google Drive sync failures. Please keep your own backups.

5. Accounts and Google Authorization

If you link Google Drive, our server records only the account information necessary to maintain your login session and Drive sync path (see Privacy Policy). You may at any time:

• Revoke our drive.file access via Google Account Security Settings
• Use "Remove all my data" in the app to permanently erase your account record from our database

6. Prohibited Use & Account Bans

The following may result in a permanent account ban:

• Automated excessive API requests (bots, scrapers, stress attacks)
• Attempting to exploit, bypass, or manipulate system security
• Any illegal or malicious use

Ban records are stored as a one-way irreversible hash — we cannot recover your Google ID or email from it. Bans persist even if you delete and re-register your account.

7. Data Retention Policy

• After account deletion: All personal data (email, name, picture, tokens, Drive IDs) is immediately and permanently deleted
• Activity logs: Use anonymous sequential IDs; cannot be linked to your identity after deletion; may be retained in system
• Rate limiting data: Auto-expires after 24 hours
• Ban records: Retained permanently (hash only — no identifiable information)

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Application. Continued use signifies acceptance of the new terms.
